Do you know your cholesterol number? High cholesterol is one of the major controllable factors for coronary heart disease, which is the number one cause of death for women. It is very IMPORTANT to know your cholesterol number.
I am grateful that my husband's insurance covers our yearly cholesterol screenings. I am also thankful that our cholesterol is "impressively" low, according to our screeners (- I think it's because we eat a lot of fiber-rich foods (including Cheerios!) & use olive oil as our main cooking oil).
Sadly, there are many who are unable to receive cholesterol screenings due to limited access to adequate health care.

Great idea for a giveaway! To keep my heart healthy I go up and down the stairs a hundred times a day, and give my kids lots of kisses. And I go power walkingn with a friend a couple of times a week.

I am trying to walk on the tread mill at least 150 minutes a week and eat healthy.
I try to use olive oil when ever I can. We take fish oil daily and we watch the rest of the foods we eat. I also drink one glass of red wine every evening after dinner. (I don't drink anything else as I don't like wine at all.) Besides eating well we try and keep fit.
We eat Cheerios, oatmeal and exercise regularly to stay healthy!
