Just went to Safeway tonight to get my "in every household in Hawaii" required jar of BF mayonnaise. To make up my $10 transaction I purchased (5) boxes of Duncan Hines Brownie Mix for $1.25 each and 1 boxes of Eggo Bake Shop items on sale for $2.50 which had a $.75 off blinkie on the door and snagged a bag of El Monterey Chimichangas (8 pk) that caught my eye on sale for $3.50. I will be using the UPCs and receipt from the (5) Duncan Hines brownie mixes to take advantage of the "Great Taste. Big Savings." offer to get $5 in coupons.
By the way, for the $10 minimum purchase does that include the price of the coupon item? In other words, could I purchase $7 worth of stuff and use the $3 Best Food coupon for a total of $10? Sorry, forgot to ask the cashier. :)

I think so. In the past, I had no problem using a super coupon on exactly (or a little more than) $10 purchase (including an item on a coupon). My purchase sometimes consists entirely of super coupon items.

But a manager of my neighborhood Safeway (Beretania) is very hostile to coupons & his policy is always changing... So I am a little hesitant to say "yes, definitely!"
